Vulcan Actual Estate has landed a new tenant for its Lake Union Piers, a revitalized retail and amusement hub in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. Pinstripes, a exclusive dining and gaming experience, opened its initially spot at Vulcan’s retail pavilion at 555 Tower in downtown Bellevue in 2023.
Pinstripes will occupy 18,000 sq. feet throughout two buildings, bringing the growth to
